Fitting Your New Kitchen

New kitchens are always exciting for our customers. You want to know you're getting and that it facilitates your wants and needs. We are always happy to talk to customers to make sure they're happy. Some common questions, however, can be quickly answered in our kitchen FAQs:

Do you provide appliances?

Yes, we can provide all makes and models from all major manufacturers.

Can my existing appliances be integrated?

Yes, we design our kitchens in a way that allows the customer to provide appliances or we can provide. We use an order form which notes down manufacturer and model number of each appliance to allow the kitchen to incorporate the correct sizes for each appliance.

How quickly can work start?

Once the initial enquiry comes through we Endeavour to do a site survey by 2 weeks followed by providing a quote in 2 weeks. For kitchens we aim to start working in 6 – 8 weeks, however, the can be less or more depending on our work load at the time.

What guarantees or warranties are available?

We don't offer a written guarantee. However, we have been established for 26 years and our reputation is our guarantee. If problems are encountered we aim to sort it out.

Do you work with contractors?

Yes we can work closely with builders, architects and interior designers in order to create something very unique.

Do you supply a cutlery tray with one of the draws?

Yes. Cutlery can be made to suite our oak dovetail doors.

How long does an installation take?

Usually we try to pencil in and installation date giving 2 days on the site with a weeks turnaround to get the granite cut. We aim to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

Do you use soft closing hinges and runners?

We tend to use traditional hinges, however, soft-closing hinges can be fitted. All of our draws are on concealed, soft-closing runners.
